How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gift to arrive sooner.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift?
Yes! Every order includes the option to add a custom gift message. You can enter your text on the cart page before proceeding to checkout.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery zones to more countries in the near future.
Will there be a price tag or invoice inside the package?
We never include pricing information or physical invoices inside our gift packages, making them perfect for direct delivery to your recipient.
